BaziLens offers premium AI-generated reports as one-time purchases. Each product grants you permanent access to its associated content. Our current products include:

BaziLens provides several features at no cost, including basic BaZi chart calculation, Five Elements balance visualization, Day Master identification, and celebrity chart comparisons. These free features do not require payment and are available to all registered users.

5.3 Payment Processing

All purchases are processed through Creem, our Merchant of Record (MoR), which handles payment processing, tax collection, and global compliance on our behalf.
Prices are displayed in USD. Applicable taxes (VAT, sales tax) are calculated and collected by Creem at checkout based on your location.
Each purchase grants lifetime access to the specific report generated for your chart.
Purchased access is non-transferable between accounts.

5.4 Refund Policy

No-Refund Policy for Digital Content

All sales are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

The purchased content is an AI-generated digital entertainment product delivered immediately upon purchase.
You consent to the immediate performance of the digital content service and acknowledge that you thereby waive any right of withdrawal that may otherwise apply under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU, Article 16(m)) or equivalent local consumer protection laws.
We do not offer refunds based on the perceived accuracy, subjective interpretation, or personal satisfaction with the AI-generated content.

If you experience a verified technical issue that prevents delivery of your paid content, please contact us at support@bazilens.com and we will re-generate your report at our sole discretion. No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to access the Service.
Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit AI-generated content without permission.
Abuse the credit system or attempt to circumvent payment requirements.
Submit false or misleading information.

7. Intellectual Property

The BaziLens brand, website design, logos, and proprietary algorithms are owned by BaziLens. AI-generated readings are provided for your personal use. You may share your own readings but may not systematically reproduce or resell them.

8. AI-Generated Content

Readings and analyses are generated by third-party AI models. While we strive for quality and accuracy within the framework of traditional BaZi metaphysics, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.

AI outputs may occasionally produce unexpected, inaccurate, or inconsistent results. You acknowledge and accept this inherent limitation of AI technology.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BaziLens and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

Your use of or inability to use the Service.
Any decisions made based on AI-generated content.
Unauthorized access to your account or data.
Service interruptions or data loss.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to BaziLens in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
